Global Credential Registry
Trust is built on verification.
Authenticate a Berlin ICC Credential
The Berlin ICC Global Credential Registry provides employers, HR departments, and recruitment agencies with an instant, secure method to authenticate any certificate issued under our authority or by an Authorized Issuing Partner.
Please enter the unique Certificate Identification Number (CIN) located at the bottom of the document, or scan the embedded QR code to verify the candidate's credentials.
The Certificate Identification Number is printed at the bottom of every Berlin ICC document, alongside the QR code.
Enter the CIN exactly as shown. The registry query is performed over an encrypted connection. We never ask for national ID or passport numbers.
A valid credential opens the full record: certificate image, holder, issuing institution, issue date and downloadable PDF, with options to add it to LinkedIn or share it.
Data held in the registry
In strict compliance with the GDPR / DSGVO, the registry stores only the minimum data required for credential authentication: holder name, certificate number, program title, issuing partner and issue date. Verification queries are rate-limited and are not linked to the identity of the person verifying. See our Privacy Policy.
Suspect a forged certificate?
If a certificate cannot be found in the registry, or the registry record does not match the document, please report it. Berlin ICC pursues unauthorized use of its name and seal.
