Process

How Authorization Works

01

Application

Submit the form below with a description of your institution and the programs you wish to certify. We respond within five business days.

02

Documentation & Review

You provide curricula, assessment instruments and sample outcomes. Berlin ICC reviews them against the three BQF criteria.

03

Partnership Agreement

On a positive review, a written Authorized Issuing Partner agreement is signed, defining the certified scope, obligations, fees and audit cycle.

04

Issuance & Registry

Your institution is listed in the public register. Certificates for your graduates are generated with a unique CIN and become verifiable immediately.

05

Periodic Audit

Curricula and assessments are re-reviewed at least annually. Partner status may be suspended or withdrawn if the BQF criteria are no longer met.

Partner Badge

Show Your Authorization

Authorized Issuing Partners may display the official partner badge on their website, brochures and program pages for the programs within their authorized scope. The badge links visitors to this public register, so anyone can confirm the authorization is current.

Usage rules: the badge may not be altered, recolored or combined with other seals; it may not be used for programs outside the authorized scope; and it must be removed if the partnership is suspended or ends. Wording used alongside the badge must follow the Communication Guidelines.
